1. Reservation Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and venue. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, any payments made beyond the initial deposit are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but due to the extensive planning, preparation, and commitments involved in hosting events, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

3. Force Majeure: Olas Villa Event Center shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, terrorism, war, or any other event that renders the performance of our services impossible or impracticable.

4. Event Date Change: If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability. However, please note that any rescheduling may be subject to additional fees or charges.

5. Additional Services: Any additional services, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, or decor, that have been booked and paid for in advance are non-refundable if canceled.

6. Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, Olas Villa Event Center may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed carefully. However, the decision to grant a refund will be made solely by Olas Villa Event Center management.
